About PRH Project Services Limited

I began my career in civil engineering and groundworks in 1986 with Norwest Holst, joining as a trainee engineer on the Runcorn Expressway project before progressing to section engineer. During this time, I gained extensive project management experience across a wide range of schemes, including the VPR facility at Sellafield, as well as numerous steel frame and housing developments, building a strong, well-rounded understanding of multiple sectors.

In 1998, I established my own civil engineering and groundworks business, successfully operating until 2011. Following the impact of the recession, the company ceased trading, and I moved into a technical management role with CS Civils and Groundworks. After three years, I was promoted to Construction Director, a position I held until 2021.

In 2021, I accepted a new challenge with Huyton Asphalt as Groundworks and Housing Director, where I led the division through a period of sustained growth and success over four years.

In November 2024, I founded PRH Project Services, bringing together decades of hands-on industry experience to provide specialist consulting and project management services to the groundworks and civil engineering sector.
